WEN Haitao, Female, Han Ethnicity, was born in December 1966. She is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). She has a postgraduate education and holds a doctoral degree. She is also a research fellow.
Ms. WEN Haitao has served, in chronologically order, as faculty member of the School of Economics and Management, Assistant to the Director & Deputy Director of the Office of Financial Affairs of Northern Jiaotong University, Director of the Audit Office, Deputy Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Member of the Discipline Inspection Team of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection stationed at the Ministry of Education, Deputy Director of the Supervision Department at the Case Inspection Office of the Inspection Bureau of Ministry of Education (Interim), Director of the Organization Department of the Party Committee/Secretary of the Party Committee of Law School, Standing Vice President of the CPC School, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee/Director and the Organization Department of the Party Committee, Standing Committee Member and Lieutenant Governor (Interim) of the Qiannan Autonomous Prefecture of Guizhou Province. Deputy of the 17th People’s Congress of Haidian District. She is currently the Deputy Secretary of the CPC BJTU Committee.
Part-time functions: She is also a member of the National Society for Party Building Studies.
